Media type evaporative cooling systems, when designed properly, are the best solution for users. That’s why the planning must be designed carefully and a series of variables must be assesed at the same time.
The current construction of the gas turbine filter house, the location of air intake filters, the stable structure of the filter house, operation conditions, meteorologic data, gas turbine specifications, necessity of maximum evaporation and minumum pressure loss are some of these factors.

The location of the cooling system might be at the front or back of inlet air filter depending upon filter house structure and operation conditions. In our installations, construction plans enabling optimal integration among cooling modules and filter house are applied.
All of cooling modules and supportive equipments are made of stainless steel and they’re protective against outer environmental conditions.
In order to access cooling system in the safest and easiest way, walkway, railing, platform setups are built around the cooling modules and their connection to filter house is conducted.
Water cycle is full automatic and it enables maximum evaporation and a planning for feed, drenage, power feed mechanisms for optimal use is conducted.
In our installations, outer environment and after cooling conditions are constantly followed up through control unit and a full automatic controlling is provided over temperature, humidity, conductivity, pressure, flow etc . Optionally, instant data transfer to control room and system data follow-up through internet connection are also among cooling system features
With the detailed working plan we offer to our customers before site-work, the most appropriate assembly schedule is formed and our working are planned according to this schedule.
The experienced staff of SKY Enerji take all necessary safety precautions during assembly works and they work in compliance with all rules of the operation during site-work.
After the installation of cooling systems, start-up and performance assesment tests are completed as soon as possible and a training about the usage and maintenance is provided for site operators.
